ALEPPO PEPPER BULK

Also known as Armenian Pepper, I’m a pepper that is native to Turkey and Syria. Essential in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, both to flavour dishes and to serve at the table. My pods take on a burgundy color as they ripen, which are then semi-dried, seeded and crushed. Use me for a hot oriental vibe, with fruity undertones and sweet nuances, reminiscent of cumin.
