I am the smallest member of the onion family, I am also a member of the fine herbs family along with parsley, chervil and tarragon. I am often used to season a variety of dishes, hot or cold. Mix me with cream cheese for dips, sprinkle me on fish and vegetables just before serving to keep me fresh and lively on the palate.
